Meditation and Self-Knowledge Group in Moià
Meditation is much more than sitting in silence: it is a transformative method designed to calm the mind, soften the heart, and allow our natural wisdom to emerge. By reaching this state, we conquer an unshakeable inner balance; a sense of fulfillment that remains intact, regardless of what happens around us.
However, for this practice to be truly effective, it must go hand in hand with deep self-knowledge. On this journey, patience and expert guidance become the essential bridges that allow us to navigate the challenges of the path and move forward with renewed confidence.
The Method: Psycho-Emotional Awareness Program
Drawing from his extensive career in therapy and meditation, Xavier Puigdevall has developed a unique approach that integrates the self-observation necessary to:
- Identify what causes us distress.
- Recognize our internal processes without judgment.
- Cultivate a compassionate and loving attitude toward ourselves.
- Learn to let go of suffering through mindfulness.
With a warm, direct, and approachable style, Xavier guides us through a process where individual work is enriched by the support of the group. It does not matter if you have never meditated: this space is designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
We invite you to be part of our weekly group in an environment of respect and care:
